No Feedback on PMB

On
27 November my Ex Gratia application was denied. I was reassured by
Rujesh that the committee suggested my claim be resubmitted to the PMB
Department to be paid out. Rujesh advised this should be finalised in
about 5 days. It is now more than a week later and no feedback. in fact I
called Discovery myself and there is no outcome yet. Its frustrating
because after bilateral hip replacements, a dislocation and R15000 out
of pocket, I am tired of fighting to get money back. My case is a PMB
and by law I should be reimbursed. Please can someone look into this.
