I called Discovery yesterday for authorisation of treatment and being an employee I expected only the best level of service, I was not mistaken. The consultant I spoke to was efficient and gave me the authorisation number with a minute. I also received an sms and an email with the details of the treatment whilst still on the call. What really took me by surprise was an sms I received today, which I beleive was really going the extra mile, wishing me well for the treatment tomorrow and reiterating the authorisation. This really makes you feel like a customer and not a number. I am proud to be affiliated to such a forward thinking organisation that thinks of its members as a person and not just a number. Well done guys
