I worked for Dynamic Technology Solutions, but at their Technology Health Solutions branch near Silver Lakes, selling Portable Ozone Steam Saunas and other ozone products. I was stringed along for a week of training and was sent into the field with all these fake promises. They even sent along other consultants to check up on me. I worked there for almost two weeks, putting in 8am to 10pm hours and driving very far (some days almost 200km's).
I gave in my written resignation as I was not provided of a contract and wasn't sure of their procedures (they kept on promising and promising contracts, but it never appeared)
I decided to wait until the first week of the new month for my salary to be paid for the time I worked as well as the commission earned for the products I sold as the owner of the company did not return my phone calls. I was phoned by one of the managers that I do not qualify for any compensation as I did not work the full month and that my sales was rejected.
How can a company just decide that you won't be paid? How do you, owner of DTS / THS sleep at night knowing that you do these type of things? what does that say of you and your business??
