I bought a Portable Ozone Steam Sauna in April 2013. In June 2013 one of the zips on the tent was damaged and I first reported it to Dynamic Technology Solutions on 20 June 2013. They promised to immediately send me a replacement tent via courier.
This promise never materialised and I have been calling numerous times since then and the same promise to replace was made over and over again.
The last few calls I made to Dynamic Technology Solutions remained unanswered.
Emails I have sent to [Email Removed] (which appear on their invoice and was given to me by DTS) were returned as undeliverable because the domain could not be found.
I am at wits end as to how to contact DTS and have the replacement delivered to me as promised.
Your assistance in this matter would be appreciated.
