I have had the greatest service experience ever, with any call centre personnel's assistance!
Shayna Saunders (Discovery) has been assisting me since the 4th of December 2012 with the outstanding accounts of my son, a KeyCare Plus member, since his passing on 04/12/12.
She called me with all updates on the outstanding accounts, accounts incorrectly billed to me/Discovery, also resubmitting the incorrectly dated/incorrect ICD-10 codes' accounts to the service providers and following up and reporting back to me. Apart from this, she was sympathetic, yet remaining professional and assuring me that she would keep me informed, which she did on a regular basis.
During my membership of Discovery (Classic Comprehensive), I have never before experienced such excellent service, and if I had to give Shayna a rating, it would be 1, 000% out of 100%!
