From Bad to good to bad again

It was not long ago that i had complimented fedhealth on hello peter for turning my very bad experience of customer service to a good, however it seems i may just have jumped the gun-today i had the pleasant surprise of being informed by my bank that there was a attempt to debit R6000 odd rand (almost 3times my normal contribution) from my account from fedhealth which ended up bouncing. Upon querying it with fedhealth we were told that apparently our initial problem was not erased from the system and we were there fore now essentially having 2 accounts with them.finally my wife was able to get hold of a supervisor only to be told that it was fixed but we would now have to deposit the correct amount into there account and that she would send the details. There was no offer to minus the fees incurred from absa for a payment bouncing aswell as transaction fees for the initial debit and of course new transaction fees when i deposit the money. It is all in all probably only around R30 rand but it is the principle of the matter whereby i fail to see why we should pay for someone elses mistakes and unproffessional, incompetency. Once again i am left with a bad taste in the mouth.
