I called in to the call centre to cancel my domestic workers medical aid as she is no longer in my employment and was assisted by Ritesh and my issue was sorted out in 13 minutes. He was friendly and efficient I reckon that the people who deal with Discovery's e-mails should be trained/educated by Ritesh as he knows what to do and how to do it unlike the people who had responded to e-mails with total negativity as they had obviously not even bothered to check that I was the employer and had the right to withdraw the membership making it their duty to find out whether the domestic worker would prefer to continue with the membership. The persons who had responded to my e-mails were Pragashnee Moodley and Bisham Gangaram. Please ensure that these people are informed or the future and that Ritesh is rewarded or receives acknowledgement as this will only ensure better service delivery in the future. :)
