I called the Discovery Health call centre about a billing issue. I was assisted by Jessica Chellew who thoroughly impressed me with her professional, friendly, helpful attitude. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and she sorted out my issue efficiently. I must say that it is so refreshing to find someone as helpful and friendly as Jesicca.
