In relation to my other complaint I have now sent thru the application form for my mother to join bankmed as my dependant. I have also included her membership certificate of her current medical aid. I have asked that before joins as a dependant on the 1st February 2014 that I first be informed if there are any penalties or loaded premiums there should not be as she has been on medical aid het whole life. Also please confirm that all her chronics will be covered!
