I called Discovery yesterday to ask about their Vitality benefits and how to get a card for it. I expected a simple answer (as you would get with normal consultants) like "oh no, there is no such card, or i'll transfer you to the relevant department" etc. Instead this lady held my hand and walked me through the process of how to obtain not just A card, but cards. She even updated outdated info' on my account for me. Ontop of that, she went ahead and sent me Further info to help me understand my vitality benefits and where to use them (something i had been planning to request but had forgotten to). So having someone offer to send it was a big plus for me. There was some info we had to wait for and she promised to call later (and i thought to myself, Darn it. Now im gonna have to follow up again tomorow on this and call again). NO WAY! To my suprise, she really called me after hours even, to continue carrying out my request!
I just want to say to Discovery WELL DONE! I'm highly impressed with your call center service-i have never been dissapointed. If only all companies could invest so much effort into customer satisfaction, i reckon SA would have a happier public to deal with!
