I was admitted to Flora Clinic on Thursday evening and was discharged on Friday evening. I have requested to be contacted before I was discharged but no one has gotten back to me as yet? I would like to lay a grievance against these two nurses, due to the fact that this was a traumatic event I cannot disclose it on a social website, I would however like to be contacted so that I can put this matter behind me.
