Mystery phone calls?!

On the 25th of September my wife needed to go to the dentist fairly urgently. I called the call centre at 08:50 to find out which dentist in our area would be covered. I was informed by the agent that a Dr Kloppers was on our option. my wife then went to the dentist who recommended additional treatment. I suggested that she call the med aid to confirm what would be covered. a month later the dentist informed me that the claim was rejected. I called to query and was told by Portia that there is no record of my call to query who was available on our plan!!! the only recording they have is the one where my wife asked about a dental hygienist. No one is even prepared to consider helping us, and now we have to foot the bill. disgusting service from a provider who is meant to look after the well-being of their customers! it has taken over a year to have previous issues with Care cross sorted out. it seems that the schemes are so inter-twined and backward that even the staff and administrators don't even know what they are actually doing. THIS BILL NEEDS TO BE PAID!!!
