I have had one of the phone calls where they have supposedly sent me two vouchers (which on two separate occasions have not received, what a pity...). Whatever
So, to my amazement however, they will be sending me the two vouchers again, but I first have to have them debit my account for R798.00. So, in other words, sending the vouchers from the start was a complete BS story, as they don't actually send off the vouchers without activating them, as it seems the only people that can manage to contact me is the "activation's' department.
I have sent a mail to [Email Removed] and really hope for a positive response.
Otherwise i will have to find out what can be done to stop this junk. Still hoping for a positive response however! Holding thumbs
Don't know how anyone else feels, but this just doesn't make sense.
DON'T PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT PROMOTES THIS TYPE OF SELLING BEHAVIOR
