No Claims Paid

Since my last complaint on HelloPeter over 3 weeks ago, I was told dentists claims which are months outstanding would be paid, they have still not been paid. I have now also been advised that the GP claims have not been paid from May! Day1 has not performed at all in accordance with our agreement and have not paid out one cent. I hereby request the repayment of all premiums paid to date and immediate cancellation of the policy.
