Outstanding medical claims since 2007

When my Dad passed away in 2006 I helped my mother who is 87 years old with her medical claims at Discovery. Staying in Namibia do we have to pay and then claim. Since December 2007 until Jan 2012 was almost no claims paid. All claims was faxed or e-mailed on a monthly or 2 monthly bases Also was phone calls made to follow up on claims. Having no success with various staff members I then contacted the CEO Dr Broomberg to make an appointment He then referred me to his colleague Abi Adams for a appointment. on the 17 March 2011.I then at my expense flew to JHB to meet. On arrival I phoned to confirm our appointment but was told that she can not meet with me as she was on her way to Durban. I was then told to see a lady called Yolandi which I had no success with over the phone and by Fax. I met with her on the 17 March gave her all the original copies which they needed and was told that the recent claims will be paid within 1 or 2 weeks and the older claims within a month. After no success I made another set of copies and send it with a family member to JHB who gave it for Chantel who is with discovery who passed it on to Tracy Outstanding claims R49089.08 still not paid
