Hi, I was contacted by Day1 and accepted their medical and paid the first premium of 410-00. I was meant to be able to start using this medical on the 1st of August. I have paid another 2 premiums of 210-00 and still I have not received my card to use this fund. The number of the call centre says it doesn't exist and the e-mails I have sent to Bradley go unanswered. I now pay this premium and I cannot use the fund due to not having a card. Are these people scamming me out of my hard earned money?
