I submitted 4 medical claims that i paid in nov/dec 2013. all 4 were incorrectly paid.

Non payment received / paid by me ABSA EFT

DR Stokes
2 x R290 paid by me / ABSA debit card
Only R290 re-imbursed to me

Dr Arnott
2 x R185 paid by me / ABSA debit card
R370-00 re-imbursed to Dr Arnott

Smit Grieve & Partners (med 24 clinic PMB)
R440-00 paid in cash by me
R418.60 re-imbursed to Healthcare practitioner

please advise why your claims dept is doing such rubbish claims re-imbursments. it has taken approx 2 hrs for me to reconcile this matter. a waste of time for me.
