On the 20th November 2013 My wife was admitted to hospital Melomed Mitchells Plain with an auterisation number which we received via sms, on the 21st November 2013 Samumed informed her that the claim was reversed... and that we need to fit the bill. aparently as from the 1st of september all Samwumed client needs to use the state hospitals. this comes from Faeeza, Tamlynn and Gilbert but i understand their incompetence becuase their team leader Billy who promised me that he will call me back still haven't.
I am taking this case to the medical counsel and ombudsman the newspaper and i will personally make sure that samumed will not be a choice when it comes to government employees. what nonsense is this?
