Discrimination at rooms and refusal of assistance

My husband had gone to lake smit n partners at kingsway hospital. Previously, a lady simone at reception had loudly demanded an outstanding payment not paid by our medical aid. My spouse was told there was another claim not paid, since I work at the medical aid company, I queried this. The radiologists used the incorrect codes on the claim and therefore the short pmt.they were supposed to use codes that are oncology related, he is a cancer patient. I spoke to simone and requested for the corrected claim, she bluntly refused! I brought to her attention im the principal member and an employee at the med aid company and they HAVE indeed submitted incorrect info.she asks a few times 'so WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? ' sarcastically. I req for the correct claim so they can be paid, she abruptly refuses stating I must call the accounts dept.she has no way of speaking to people, is as per prior comment to my spouse stating'YOU PEOPLE JUST DONT UNDERSTAND! ' My husband has cancer n she is insulting him bcos she has no manners? sad ppl like this deal with d sick daily, lack of cst serv/empathy, she stl is an employee n needs to do her job.def a poor reflection n loss to the company. So disgusted
