UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I am very unhappy with the way i have been treated. i have been struggling for almost 2 weeks to get an authorisation code from Bankmed. i cant understand how it can take this long. when i call in i get transferred to different people and then get told that the hospital quote has not been received when i have sent everything through 3 or 4 times.
they then got confused and saw my proedure as a dental procedure although the motivation from my doctor clearly stated that it was not dental or cosmetic.
i have dealt with so many different people - why couldnt someone just take initiative and deal with me and assist. i get promised to be called back and then i am the one that has to keep following up. i cant take leave when i want to as i am a finance manager and i need to plan this all to suit my work as well.

The medical specialist that is meant to assess whatever they need to assess is never there either. nobody will let me talk to the advisor either!

the doctor wont give me a date for the operation until medical aid can authorise and then the medical aid cant assist until i get a date from the doctor.
CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME!
