We have been trying for the last 3 months to change the main member from myself to my wife and are still no closer to resolving the issue-everytime WE call to find out if anything has happened we are constantly informed of either "missing" documents (which we have supplied on numerous occassions) even after they confirmed all was received and the query was being processed, or alternatively our queries were received with a nonchalant attitude whereby we were told "cant you just send the documents again? ".
I find it hard to believe that a top medical insurance company can be so irresponsible and incompetent with "losing" a customers important documentation aswell as so poor regarding the following up of enquiries.
This has certainly made me rethink my choice of medical aids.
