We checked into Suncoast hotel 15/11/2013. This hotel charges a extra rate for a sea-view, what a load of bull, the only thing you get is a little window facing the sea, not even a balcony, dont mention the size of the room (matchbox) is not even a word to describe it. Also be acreful as it appears that the cost of breakfast is not included in the price of the room-this was a first for me. when asking for an ice bucket we were provided with one thta leaked and the floor was literally covered in water the entire weekend it was so bad that at first i thought a tap was leaking. Don't mention the creaking bathroom doors. If you decide to visit and forget your laptop at home please dont ask for a terminal that you can use as the response you get is why cant you use the wi-fi in your room is it not working. the icing on the cake was that we had left an expensive jacket behind on departure only to realise this a day later when we contacted the hotel we were told that the would only had phoned us after 5 days had we not come to calim it. i have visite alot of hotel is SA but this was by far my most horrible experience.
