Gates are closed and we booked and paid for Dec 13

I made a reservation booking with Ruby - emailed me a quotation I deposited the money into their account and mailed the proof, she sent me confirmation that they received payment and after that no response... apparentley the place is closed down and all the staff is let off in november. I need to get hold of the owner if anyone can help me with details please
