Poor PMB Department service delivery

One of many of my many patients who have suffered a Stroke, requires Out-Patient Occupational Therapy Intervention. Discovery is unable to find reports sent to the PMB department. They are unable to provide feedback within their claimed feedback duration (3-5 working days). They send e-mails to myself stating they will provide feedback within this time frame without a reference number. I need to follow up every 3-5 days. After sending the PMB Motivation for additional Occupational Therapy funding at the end of October, I am still unable to obtain feedback regarding approval by the 18/11/2013. I am then requested to re-submit the PMB motivation to another e-mail address on the 18/11/2013, and I have to request that the PMB department read my motivation. Furthermore, approved claims are not paid, due to the lack of insight into the frequency of which a Stroke patient is rehabilitated. I, as the service provider, then need to request that they change the dates approved for treatment.
