Firstly after holding for half an hour I finally got application forms. I submitted a new application, which was approved. But I need to send a confirmation document that was supposed to be mailed to me a week a ago. After I had to phone them to follow up, now suddenly they cant mail they can only fax. Then I also sent a query for them to review my waiting periods as I am coming from a current medical aid and will be paying about 7000 a month to this scheme I felt they can meet me halfway. So again I had to phone to follow up that I can cancel my current medical aid and was told their turn around for queries is 48 hours oh no she forgot its now 72 hours but she informs me that they are currently working on last week Tuesday's queries. SO now 72 hours is stretched to a 1 week. If this is how new member are treated how can you expect proper service in future. Apart from call centre agent who are not helpful and very rude.
