BE AWARE TAPESTRY GARDEN GUEST HOUSE AND THE OWNER, CHRETIENNE, MY MONEY.WHEN we booked she demanded upfront payment of the full amount of the booking before she confirmed the booking. We paid in full months in advance. We had to pay extra for a wheelchair friendly room as one person was in a wheelchair. We phoned the day before just to confirm that they remember the wheelchair room. Chretienne once again confirmed our booking. At our arrival at Tapestry Garden Guest House the next day, we were told that there is no booking for us. Chretienne was not available to speak to me. We waited for her for an hour (bearing in mind that the person in the wheelchair had to remain in the car). She never pitched. I demanded that the man phone her. She said she can help me at another guest house. Desperate (due to the wheelchair requirement) we went to look at the other guest house. At our arrival we noted that it was a much cheaper guest house but. The place had a stinking smell, was very old with cracked walls. We were told that we will have to share with a stranger-a man. Chretienne refused to refund our money. BE AWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT HAVE A BOOKING. AND!!
