I hired chairs and tables for my Husbands party this weekend. I had requested to collected them ourselves to save a couple of rands. Today my husband went through to collect the goods I had paid for to hire. at 1:10PM when he arrived he was told that no one can assist because they are on lunch. When I called yesterday to ensure that they had received my payment I asked what time can we come collect I was told by Monique that they are open from 7:30AM til 5:PM and we can collect anytime. Now I am on the phone to another lady when I ask can she not call them to assist and then return to lunch, it would take 5mins my husband will assist in packing ect. she said no. What kind of service is this???
