My husbands vehicle was towed away by First Rand on the 15 March. His glasses disappeared.
I let it be, becasue no one wants to accept any blame for this. Proline have asked my husband to collect the vehicle twice now and he still does not have his vechicle, Time wasted, money lost!!! Vehicle that has passed QA filty as ever with dirt and paint dust still on the vehicle. I call to pay the access, no one can assist me, becasue one person that deals with accounts is on lunch. I ask to speak to repairs department to see if vehicle is ready for the 3rd time, I am told no cos accounts lady is on lunch. Good luck to those of yous that take your vehicle to proline. So disappointed & frustrated. Natali
