On the 1April @ 10:50, a lady by name of Ellen Mpye at Levingers Westgate, assisted me, by booking my husbands suite in for dry cleaning. She advsied me that they only accept upfront payment. I asked why? and her response was because customers do not collect their garments and they suffer a loss. Not thinking alot about this, i paid my R177.00 and received a slip with Sales order No: S0003775. I was told that i could collect on 3April. because some of us work and cannot make it at that particular, my husband tried to collect it on Sunday.

Upon providing the receipt, my husband was told that he needed to pay. He advsied them that he's wife already paid, as only upfront payment was taken... The lady assisting him, refused to give him he's suite and insisted that we pay... She says" the computer says u did not pay? "

So, my question: where is the R177.00 I paid. Where does the receipt come from that i received stating the R177.00 on it and where the is my MONEY!!!???

I would like a full explanation on this and my husband's suite... I am sure that this constitutes...
