This is regarding our very disappointing experience with Catering Cuisine. On Friday the 13th of December 2013 we requested services, we paid R115 for a spit braai for 30 people which is a lot of money to spend & from the word go were they were not prepared in the least,
* they were late, when they finally arrived they arrived without the 4 tables we ordered & without the 30 chairs,
* We asked to eat at 13:00 (which they agreed to) we only ate after 15:00. Which caused 6 of our employees to go without food as they had to leave before lunch was even served.
* The lady left alone to man the spit was unable to answer any questions (For example where our tables & chairs were) the salads could not be prepared until her assistant returned.
* We booked 4x Tables 30x Chairs, when the tables & chairs finally arrived, there were only 3 tables, & the chairs were filthy!
* The food was not enough for 30 people which is unacceptable in my eyes, if the full 30 people had stayed & weren't forced to leave due to the poor planning on their side, they would have had to go without food! We paid in full 3days before as per their request, & this is the service we get in return, Disappointed!
