On the 23 October 2013 I contacted the Bonitas call centre because I needed a hospital authorisation for the 25 October 2013. Ntombikayise was very polite and efficient. She had a positive attitude and showed that she cared about me as the Bonitas customer and assured me that operation will go well. The operation went well and thank you Ntombi for your kindness and professionalism.
