I've been waiting since Monday for Bonitas Exgro Department to phone me regarding approval for a heart operation I need. I only have 30% usage left of, my heart and need a pacemaker to increase my quality of life and are waiting for Bonitas to approve the device. I've been advised by my doctor that I need approval from the exgro department, how can I get that if they dont contact me or provide me with the forms I have to complete for the operation I need.
