Bonitas won't pay

I have had a knee operation, and I am getting post-operation rehabilitation treatment for my knee.
I have submitted a claim for payment of this, but have received a payment advice stating that my benefit limit was reached.

I will not accept this.

Bonitas Primary Option has a PHYSICAL REHABILITATION benefit of R36000.

Please explain to me why this cannot be paid out of this benefit.

DO YOU WANT ME TO NOT GO FOR REHABILITATION, AND RATHER GET A KNEE REPLACEMENT? WHICH ONE MAKES FINANCIAL SENSE?

I am so fed up with Bonitas and all their excuses!

There are so many benefits on my option, but Bonitas won't allow me to use it!
