We joined Ultracare in July this year. My husband had a heart attack in September and we were told that we are not covered by Ultracare, that it is only a policy. I have been corresponding with Reg Vermaak continuously, he has been passing the buck to Essential Med and been collecting membership fees on a monthly basis, but we are still told that we are not covered. The fees have not been paid to Essential med either. That was confirmed by Nicolene Williams from Essential Med on 12/11/2013. To me this is, as someone is collecting funds for something we don't receive. Please advise what we can do!! Essential Med said that we can not be covered as we are over the age of 50, so we have absolutely NO cover.
