I spent thousands with you but you don't trust me?

I have been ordering diabetes consumables via Medipost for a few years now, so I've spent thousands of rands with you.

At this stage my consumables is almost R4000 per month!

So today I have to pay in R275, and Medipost refuses to even make up the parcel before I pat the money. They say I'm an X1 client so I need to come in and pay, wait while they order and make up the parcel, and then only I can get it.

I am so fed up with you guys thinking you own us. I am saving you the postage by picking it up in person, you idi.ots.
