On Saturday the 15th of June after going to see the doctor at Medicross, I went to the Medicross pharmacy (pr number 6072569), due to NETCARE MEDICAL SCHEME being OFFLINE I had to pay cash for all my medication, which were for an severe sinus infection. I emailed all required documentation to claim back from Netcare Medical Scheme on my first day back in the office and have since phoned at least 4 times, each time on hold for at least 20 minutes before getting through to a consultant, I spoke to Nzo twice, last time on the 11th July, he assured me claim has been sent for processing, spoke to Ayanda on the 30th of July, with the exact same story and to date have still not been paid the money I am owed and it has been almost two months now.
