I went to Book a Bed for my labour, as a first time mom it is pretty obvious i havE never giveN birth before. So i went to the hospital reception to book aNd further make payment, which i was assisted by a lady named Neo who seems incharge of admission admin. I asked for a price list and youd swear i asked her to kill her son. The service she gave me was terrible needless to say i didnt maNage to ask more questions. So i left the reception aNd weNt to seek help else where. A call was made by a lovely nurse to the reception. This time a spoke to aNother lady who was equally rude if not worse aNd needless to say very clueless. AgaiN i asked for the price for maternity and she gave me a price R7000 more theN i was previously advised, wheN i asked what this included she simply said i dont know its the price. These two ladies turned a journey that is meaNt to be joyous an absolute Nightmare. The thought of haviNg to give birth there really excites me as a first time mom, but the thought of haviNg to deal with a rude admin lady aNd a clueless receptioNist leaves a sour taste iN my moutb.
