Refer to my original complaint 3 Sep. Rishana phoned me and assured me all was sorted. To my shock I receive a bill saying I owe Discovery now R320! To make it EVEN WORSE, nobody has bothered to phone me and the bill says if I have a query I MUST PHONE DISCOVERY. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! Is Discovery REALLY SO CHEAP you except your customers to pay for all your problems??? The R320 is suppose to come off insured network benefit. I AM NOT PAYING YOU A CENT AND I AM NOT SPENDING MY MONEY ON A PHONE CALL TO YOU BECAUSE DISCOVERY IS SO INCAPABLE OF RUNNING A SIMPLE ACCOUNT. MY 3 year old CAN ADD BETTER THAN YOU.
