I am a registered user of the Fedhealth website and have been attempting to load my Chronic medication via the site for the past week. So far, I have spoken to the call centre twice - each time the consultant had to go and find an expert - and logged three email requests. No joy - they are happy to recommend other ways of loading the application, but nobody can help me do it myself through the web? I would really appreciate a response on one of your channels?
