DUPLICATE CHARGES AND NO ONE WANTS TO PUT IT RIGHT

Bonitas took 2 premiums in one month (from my account and from my payslip). I Spoke to Maria Mofokeng in connection with the reversal of my debit order charges. She was very rude to me and gave me an attitude threatening to drop the phone and not to help me. She says that she did tell me that it was a long procedure but never told me more or less how long it was going to take. She does not come back to me to tell me how far they are with my query. She only told me once that it's a long process. She constantly wants to rub me off to someone called Rahab whom I have never asked to speak to as if I requested to speak to someone of a higher authority. Yes I have every right to be upset because I have not been getting any service whatsoever. She requested a proof of my bank statement to see the charges and sent it to her on the 10th of October. I've followed all the right channels yet still she is not participating. Exactly how long is a long process?? 5 years, 1day, 2 minutes. I don't know. THEY ENDED UP DOING A CASH DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT WHICH CHARGED MY R30 AGAIN! Eventually I spoke to Rahab (by force) whom said that they refunded me the way it was CHEAPEST TO THEIR COMPANY! VERY UNHAPPY!
