There is now a statement charge on my account even although I pay an all inclusive fee just like there ad on TV . But like the ad I now have hidden charges. Also I am now also charged cash deposit fee on my homeloan account if I make more than one deposit. Was not like that before. Both these things happen without notification. Spoke to my Bank manager she was rude and condescending. Told me she would get the answers I asked for and get back to me in seven days now fourteen still waiting.
