I recently found myself in a Krugersdorp hospital with an unknown virus contracted on a visit to Zambia. I just want to thank Fedhealth for the seamless administration process you have in place. There was absolutely no haggling or problem getting admitted, and all I had to do was read the SMS confirming payment to the service provider!
Many of my work colleagues are on brand "D", and I hear the bitchin' and moanin' which accompanies virtually every medical encounter.
Can one have a good experience with a medical aid? I think so!
