We booked and paid a deposite about 4 months ago for an apartment with own kitched and dinning room at the La Ligga lodge/BnB in Umhlanga Durban. Upon arrival this paast saturday I was told by Ingid that I have been moved to a room (BnB). Upon my interogation I realised that my aprtment was given to some other people and theyve been staying there for 3 days already. Meaning that Ingrid got selfish and decided to shift me since I was to stay for 2 days only, as these other people were going to give her more money. My issue is the lack of business ethics this woman has, as she got greedy about money. I then requested to be given my money back and seek accomodation somewere else, at the beginning she told me about transfering the money monday, but I had to put het in her place as I needed my money on the spot. She eventually gave up and gave me my money. This is just a warning to people who plan their holidays well in advance, beware there aree vultures like Ingrid to mess up your plans
