I am beyond furious. When i was in the ER at Linmed hospital 2 weeks ago, my mum paid R1000 cash for my admission and treatment. Because she was stressed and worried about me she didn't insist on a receipt because the receptionist informed her that the printer was "broken". We then started getting messages from the hospital saying we owe R1000. My mum went in today and there was no record of us paying that R1000. Which means that STUPID cow the money! This has also happened to other friends there too. Netcare you need to choose your staff better!!!
