Cannot get through to the call centre

I have been trying all morning to get through to pre-authorisation, but i have not been successful. My son needs to go for a procedure urgently and he has been scheduled to go to hospital on Wednesday. The rules of the medical aid indicate that I need preauthorisation for this procedure. But what happens now that I cannot get the preauthorisation? I cannot have this procedure delayed. i have also sent and email, with no response or acknowledgement of receipt. I need assistance urgently. i also need confirmation that there is no co-payment to the hospital for this procedure (myringotomy) - as previously occurred with this procedure.
