The Mr O'Leary, responded on my review stating "your visit appears to have been spoiled by a number of unsatisfactory incidents and I would like to make it up to you. Please email me at [Email Removed]
I then emailed him as requested and just never received any response.
I double checked the email provided and forwarded my email again a couple of weeks later.
Still no response has been forthcoming.
Why bother making a promise to 'make it up' and then not follow through on your word? Clearly this is just lip service.
