Incorrect service but still they bill for it

I requested a refund for a consultation which my 4 year old boy had and they have refused to refund me.
In sum:
- Given incorrect information on the phone.
- Waited 2, 5 hours in waiting room.
- Doctor/nurse didn't close the curtain while my boy was examined in his private area.
- Doctor on duty gave incorrect information about appointment abd stated i must be at hospital next moring 8am when it was actually 2pm.
- I requested a refund and as yet have not had a response.
