I saw an Ent on Thursday the 17th October and he informed me I needed an op. I contacted Fedhealth and hot my pre authorisation. I followed procedure and everything was in order.
I now today get informed Fedhealth is not coveting the operation. Hospital benefits are 200% of the rate.
I now will probably get more bills from doctors involved in the op.
Fedhealth thinks they are and are playing with people's lives.
People should stay away from this medical aid. I pay just over R5500 a month but in hospital benefits are approved then declined.
The call centre agents are so poorly trained and gave no idea on how to communicate with customers who effectively keep them in business.
I will be at your offices tomorrow morning as no one ever phones you back.
But you take our money without fail, Fedhealth quick to take but slow to give back
