I have been contacted by a collection agency for an outstanding amount of approx. R969. The money owing is not an issue. The issue is that I have never been contacted about the payment - even though i am currently still a member of Discovery - and have been for 12 years - and they have all my details.
Can somebody contact me - so we can resolve this. I will not pay to ITC - only to Discovery - due to there being a lack of communication on Discovery's part.
