No response to 5 emails

I was informed via email that my gym benefit is at an end because i have not been enough. Since I am overseas for 5 months it is clearly impossible to visit the gym in Constantia. I travel a lot and have asked many times for my account to be "frozen" while away so that this doesn't happen. I have always been told this is not possible. Firstly, I cannot believe this is the first request of this nature you have ever had! - it must be common! Anyway, I have emailed about 5 times to 3 difference addresses for this contract to be re-instated. I pay a lot of money to discovery even while I am away and I expect the gym contract to be re-instated with no cost to me. Apart from the inconvenience, i have receive NO response to 5 emails over a period of about 2 months. This NOT customer service and I am certainly at the point of exploring other health insurance options.
